Most of us know am into food business and also drinks such as cocktails,Mocktails and milkshakes for events. So i will be sharing my Mr Chapman recipe which is the most common mocktail.

Sprite
Fanta
Orange Juice
Lemon juice
Grenadine
Cucumber for garnishing



Yes thats all and your chapman is ready to be served........

Oha Soup

Hello lovelies, How was your weekend? Mine was very stressfull. Had orders here and there but am happy to be back. Let me take you on ride of the making of Oha soup. One of my favourite native soup. Ingredients. Cocoyam Oha leaves Uziza leaves Ogiri Red bell pepper (tatashey) Habanero pepper/scotch bonnet (rodo) Palm oil Meat of choice (Goat/Cow/ assorted Stock fish Dry fish Grinded crayfish Seasoning cube Smoked fish Salt to taste   Wash and boil coco yam till it is very soft ( Do not add salt. Perboil meat and stock fish with seasoning. Do not add excess water while perboiling. Add blended tatashey and rodo when meat is tender. Add dried fish and palmoil  in the pepper stock and leave for 15 minutes so palm oil would have cooked with the stock. Add ogiri and leave to dissolve. Peel back of boiled cocoyam pound and add in morsels to meat stock like when making egusi balls. Then cover stock for cocoyam to dissolve. Add blended crayfish....

OBE ILA ASEPO (Okro Soup)

Hello everyone, hope you all had a lovely weekend? Mine was stressful and beautiful. There is a slight difference between obe ila asepo and sea food okra soup. Yes there is. This is actually my mom's best soup. It is the fastest soup to make just like indomie and it is also very economical.  When i was much younger we used grinding stone to blend the sliced okro and we just hit it in style.  That was the most stressfull thing i was asked to do lol but thank God for google now i use blender though my mom still uses grinding stone i think it tastes better but common i cant stress myself. Aso Ebi Price Tag

 Hmmmmnnn... This is a very intresting topic i must say. As a yoruba girl. The word aso ebi means Cloths for Family i.e something that will distinguish family from visitors . Making the family members both nuclear and extended stand out in any ocassion. Suddenly, things changed and it became a general name for fabric sold out to people to wear to events. Weddings, Burial,house warming,birthday,Shop openings,Suprise parties and so on... There is nothing wrong with this though but the price tag on it is what boders me.
