Dieting and Healthy Eating

I have not been consistent on the blog as promised but i sincerely apologize. I am trying to schedule my time to at least one topic a week no matter how busy i can get. i am not a weight loss expert or instructor but as a foody i have tips on the kind of food you should take to help watch your weight and most importantly eat healthy for you and your kids or loved one.  When we diet, we restrict our self to small amounts or special kinds of food in order to lose weight while   healthy eating is  a variety of  foods  that give you the nutrients you need to maintain your health, feel good, and have energy. These nutrients include protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins, and minerals.
